Biography: Fabrianne Peterson Nampitjinpa paints the Willy Wagtail dreaming stories from the Mt Liebig area, as well as the bush potato, honey ant, and stories connected to Kuntjarrayi (Mt Nicker). Fabrianne Peterson Nampitjinpa is a member of the Watiyawanu Artists of Amunturrngu Corporation community art centre which provides their artists with quality art materials obliging them to create quality art, equipping each works of art with a vital certificate of authenticity which indemnify the provenance. Fabrianne Peterson comes from an artistic family, her mother Maudie Peterson Nungarrayi (now deceased) was an accomplished artist. Fabrianne Peterson work is reminiscent of her mother though she pays particular attention to details creating the most superb paintings. Fabrianne depicts in her paintings the Dreaming stories of Willy Wagtail from Mount Liebig area. She also paints stories of Bush Potato, Honey Ants, connected with Kunatjarrayi of Mount Nicker area.She lived in Walungurru where she painted alongside her mother-in-law, a well-known artist, Narpula Scobie Napurrula.
